  • Customer service design for wireless carrier, T-Mobile US.
  • Inspiration: 'Radical Simplicity'
  • This was part of a large scale digital transformation project with Fjord/Accenture to build a responsive web experience for reps and customers.
  • The challenge was working with dynamic products and complex business rules. 
  • The users were reps working on a desktop at a call center, reps holding a tablet in a retail store, and millions of customers on any device.
  • My focus was within the account management area of the site, defining flows for changing plans and services, and switching accounts.
